Welcome
To the University Counseling Center
Each
year, the Counseling Center provides personal and academic counseling
to nearly 2,000 undergraduate and graduate students at the University
of Pittsburgh. The Center is staffed by psychologists, counselors, social
workers, a psychiatrist, and pre-doctoral interns, and the services rendered
to students are free and confidential.
The Center's staff is dedicated to assisting students in their pursuit of personal and academic growth, to helping students gain a better understanding and appreciation of themselves, and to supporting students as they make important decisions about their lives.
